Introduction to XCMG Indonesia

XCMG Indonesia has been in the Indonesian market for over 20 years by collaborating with the first official dealer in 2005. In May 2017, XCMG Indonesia was founded, with the main business engaged in heavy equipment sales, rental, service, and spare parts purchasing. XCMG Indonesia has over 300 staff employees, including over 200 service employees. The head office has an area of approximately 1500 square meters, accompanied by a heavy equipment and spare parts warehouse covering an area of 40,000 square meters. There are 30 sales outlets, 53 service outlets, and more than 120 operational service vehicles. To ensure exceptional customer service, XCMG Indonesia has implemented a service standard of "15-minute response, 2-hour arrival, 24-hour completion, and 48-hour return visit".


XCMG Indonesia actively supports the One Belt One Road (OROD) program and the concept of Indonesia’s “Global Marine Fulcrum”. XCMG Indonesia also participates in infrastructure construction and engineering construction in various regions in Indonesia, including the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway, the construction of the Jakarta metro line 2, the development of the new capital, construction of nickel, stainless steel and aluminium industrial areas as well as several other mining industry sectors, plantation and forestry sectors.
