Southeast Sulawesi — On 27 November 2025, XCMG Indonesia conducted an Excavator Operator Training program for PT Pusaka Mineral Indonesia. This training was designed to enhance operators’ skills in operating heavy machinery safely, efficiently, and in accordance with mining industry standards. Held at the company’s operational site, the program included product knowledge sessions, technical training, operator certification, a demo show, and a door prize session as a token of appreciation.

During the product knowledge session, participants received in-depth insights into the features, advanced technologies, and specifications of XCMG excavators, including precision control systems, fuel efficiency, and key safety technologies. In the technical training stage, operators were equipped with essential troubleshooting skills, daily maintenance techniques, knowledge of critical components, and safety procedures aligned with mining industry HSE standards. Following this, participants underwent a certification process that assessed their theoretical understanding and practical skills through various field simulations.

The program concluded with a live demo show, showcasing the real-time performance of XCMG excavators under actual site conditions. Operators had the opportunity to observe how the machines operate in realistic scenarios, demonstrating strength, stability, and high productivity in the field. Through this structured training program, XCMG Indonesia reinforces its commitment to supporting the operations of PT Pusaka Mineral Indonesia by enhancing operator competency and helping maximize productivity, efficiency, and equipment reliability at the mining site.
