In collaboration with Newton Education Center, XCMG Indonesia has officially inaugurated the XCMG Training Center, which was attended by senior leaders from XCMG Group, including Li Ge (Deputy Secretary of XCMG Machinery), Zhang Lina (Deputy Secretary of XCMG Excavators), and Kong Qing Chao (President Director of XCMG Indonesia), as well as Tanny Chen (Head of Newton Education Center). Additionally, the inauguration was witnessed by senior officials from the Ministry of Manpower, including Muhammad Ali.
The inauguration was accompanied by the presentation of certificates to the first batch of 9 participants who completed a 2-month training program at XCMG Indonesia. In addition to operating heavy equipment, they were also trained in servicing and maintaining units and spare parts. It is hoped that the XCMG Training Center will continue to produce top-tier talent who will become the best practitioners in the heavy equipment industry in Indonesia.
Through the XCMG Training Center, XCMG Indonesia is committed to supporting the development of competent human resources ready to compete in the global market. The collaboration with Newton Education Center is expected to produce innovative training programs that are relevant to the current industry needs. The trainees are also expected to apply the knowledge they have gained in their daily work, thereby improving productivity and operational efficiency in the heavy equipment sector. This initiative is part of XCMG Indonesia’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the national heavy equipment industry and make a positive contribution to Indonesia’s economy.
