XCMG continues to demonstrate its excellence in supporting large-scale projects in Indonesia. This time, one of XCMG's tower crane units, the XGT360-20S1, stands tall on the cliffs of Kelingking Beach, Nusa Penida, Bali. This heavy equipment plays a crucial role in the construction of the Glass Viewing Platform, Indonesia’s first outdoor glass lift, which will rise to a height of 182 meters.
The glass lift is designed to provide easier access for tourists who want to enjoy the stunning view of Kelingking Beach. Previously, visitors had to descend hundreds of steep steps to reach the beach, which was both time-consuming and physically demanding. With the new lift, this challenging journey will be replaced by a safe and comfortable experience, while still preserving the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
This project is expected to be completed and ready for use by mid-2025, and XCMG is proud to be part of this innovative initiative. The presence of the glass lift at Kelingking Beach is expected to not only enhance the comfort of tourists but also add aesthetic value and increase the appeal of this popular tourist destination. With XCMG's support, this project will mark an important milestone in the development of tourism infrastructure in Indonesia.
